Administration and Programme Management Officer

This is an opportunity to join a prominent Federal Government Department as an Administration and Programme Management Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the programme's inbox and Register for grant-related correspondence, managing communication with various stakeholders, and providing support in assessment processes and grant awarding/reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Develop Grant Opportunity Guidelines
- Conduct Eligibility Assessments of Applicants
- Provide Support in Assessment Process and Grant Awarding/Reporting Processes
- Assist in Providing Policy and Programme Support
The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and administering a grant program, understanding of the Commonwealth Grants Framework, Rules, Guidelines, and PGPA Act, familiarity with the SmartyGrants grant administration platform, and experience in the International Policy area, Government, or Non-Government sector.
