Federal Government Administration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team in managing the program's inbox and register for grant-related correspondence. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing grant opportunity guidelines and supporting artefacts, conducting eligibility assessments of applicants based on grant guidelines, providing support in assessment process and grant awarding/reporting processes, and assisting in providing policy and program support to the team and executives.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work with one of Australia's prominent Federal Government Departments. The successful Administration Officer will have experience in planning and administering a grant program, understanding of Commonwealth Grants Framework, Rules, Guidelines and PGPA Act, familiarity with SmartyGrants grant administration platform, and experience in International Policy area, Government or Non-Government sector.
About This RoleThe Administration Officer will play a key role in managing the program's inbox and register for grant-related correspondence. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
