Job Title: Solar Project Engineering Lead

 

We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to lead the growth of our solar business.

 

  • Create detailed technical drawings for systems between 50kW – 2MW.
  • Evaluate data to identify solutions for reducing energy consumption.
  • Conduct technical analysis for proposed solutions, including energy output calculations.
  • Perform shading analysis for solar systems.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies for project approvals.
  • Manage work orders and BOQs for awarded projects.
  • Coordinate with engineers for design approval.
  • Resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments through research and training.
  • Liaise with suppliers and installers for technical support.
  • Mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills.
  • Support project delivery teams and set performance targets.
  • Conduct site visits as needed.
