Electronic Security Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our Electronic Security team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and delivering exceptional results.

  • Securing new bookings and margin targets each quarter is crucial to the role's success.
  • Driving daily sales activity is necessary to deliver business objectives and ultimately business results.
  • A customer-centric mindset is essential to understand the buying process and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintaining a safe working culture is paramount to ensuring employee well-being and company reputation.

Key qualifications include 5 years' experience within the Electronic Security industry, 3 years' experience in a high-performance sales culture, advanced Microsoft skills, SFDC, and ideally Miller Heiman or MEDDIC certifications.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar leadership role, experience working cohesively within a team environment, strong network systems experience, routing, IP addressing, VLANS, and PC related skills.

Additionally, they must be an Australian resident with a valid driving license and 7 security license. If operating within Defence or Government verticals, an AGSVA Australian Government Security Clearance (NV1 minimum) or the ability to obtain this clearance is essential.
