**Job Overview**

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT & Security with expertise/exposure in multiple security domains. With 12+ years of experience in IT Security, including 7-10 years in leadership roles, they will have demonstrated experience leading diverse, delivery management teams through transformation and change.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Elevating Cyber Security visibility with the CISO & Business through focused advisory services and differentiated solutions.
  • Aligning with clients' security strategy, Digital Transformation, and Operational Resilience uplift programs strategy, thus identifying new opportunities and working with Sales leaders and other ecosystem to convert.
  • Being a single point of contact for operations and transformations while collaborating with Sales Leaders, Presales, other competencies, and SBU.
  • Accountability for effective CSAT and NPS score.

Additionally, they will be responsible for diversifying the security portfolio through additional or enhanced security services within the customer organization, sustaining & growing annuity business - increasing wallet share/rate revision during renewals.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Strong Cyber Security background with exposure in min 3 security domains (Network Sec, AppSec, DataSec, IDAM, GRC etc).
  • Mix of cyber, technical delivery, and business development.
  • Understanding of current and emerging security technologies and threat vectors.
  • Ability to provide consulting and delivery support to customers during cyber security transformations / implementation.
