We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing your expertise in cybersecurity threats prevention, product defects identification, and escalation processes.
  • Readiness and Collaboration: Work closely with peer delivery roles to build communities, share knowledge, and improve overall team readiness, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality support services.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, combined with 3+ years of technical support experience, or 5+ years of direct experience in a similar role.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and customer-centric approach to anticipating, preventing, and mitigating cyber threats.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Proficiency in multiple languages, including Chinese.
    • Certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, ISC2 CC, or equivalent.
    • Experience with customer service foundations, project management, organization, and time management.
