Electrical Instrumentation Design Drafter Opportunity

Join a dynamic team and take on the challenge of creating detailed electrical and instrumentation drawings. As an experienced Electrical Instrumentation Design Drafter, you will play a key role in translating conceptual designs into constructible drawing packages.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce detailed electrical and instrumentation drawings including single-line diagrams, loop diagrams, wiring schematics, control block diagrams and conduit/cable schedules.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, local codes, and client specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure seamless design-to-build process.
  • Quality Assurance of drawings.
Requirements
  • 15 to 20 years of experience in the field of electrical and instrumentation design drafting with focus on Water Utility industry.
  • Experienced in water industry electrical, I&C and SCADA design standards for both indoor and outdoor systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD CAD platform.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes and instrumentation standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
