Key Leadership Role:

A highly motivated and commercially savvy electrical engineer is required to lead our Sydney Buildings team.

This full-time leadership position combines technical excellence with strategic business development and client engagement.

  • Manage client-facing project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop business growth initiatives, identifying and pursuing new project opportunities and nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee internal design teams and coordinate engineering assessments across complex, multi-client projects.
  • Represent the company in industry forums, client presentations, and strategic meetings to enhance market presence.
  • Deliver innovative and technically sound electrical designs, reports, and specifications across various sectors.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in a design consultancy environment, with a strong track record of client engagement and project leadership.
  • Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge in LV power systems and lighting design, with proficiency in tools such as PowerCAD and AGI/Dialux.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for building relationships and growing business pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
