Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect customers over the phone to discuss their lending needs and convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases.
  • Leverage your sales and relationship-building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our customers.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in sales, retail, or customer service, and an interest in pursuing a career in mortgage broking or the finance industry. Full-time office attendance is required during the first three months to immerse you in the business.
