Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (base salary) + performance-based bonuses paid weekly

Job Description:

The Mortgage Sales Associate Team plays a vital role in our sales organisation. Their focus is on setting appointments and driving qualified opportunities into the diaries of our franchisees and brokers nationwide.

As an Lendi Mortgage Sales Professional, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making outbound contact with leads, and exploring opportunities to assist customers with their lending needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with customers over the phone to discuss their lending requirements
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers
  • Uncover opportunities for customers to refinance existing loans and secure finance for new purchases
  • Utilise your sales and relationship-building skills to encourage customers to utilise our online platform before their appointment, enabling them to upload documents and provide critical information to their broker
  • Deliver exceptional experiences for our customers

Qualifications:

This role is well-suited for individuals with a background in sales, retail, or customer service, as well as those interested in pursuing a career in mortgage broking or the finance industry.

To nurture your skills and position yourself for success, full-time office attendance is required during your first three months to immerse you in the business. Following this, high performers will have access to hybrid working options.
