Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective foster carers to understand their needs and circumstances
  • Conduct thorough assessments to ensure carers are equipped to provide high-quality care
  • Collaborate with regional teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recruitment process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local communities and organizations to promote foster care as a rewarding career option
Requirements:
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations or in a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
