We are seeking a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with existing baseline government security clearance to support one of our clients on a contract basis.
This role is hybrid with the client based in the Sydney CBD.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their talent acquisition needs.
- Utilise innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent, leveraging a variety of channels and platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Existing baseline government security clearance (essential).
- Previous experience in talent acquisition with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Familiarity with recruitment technology and tools, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.

Your ability to work as part of a team, partner with clients, be curious and provide solutions will be key to your success in this role.
