About the Role

As a Recruitment Partner, you will work with clients to source candidates for various roles. Your tasks will include:

  • Recruitment of blue- and white-collar workers
  • Strategic sourcing from internal databases and external platforms
  • Data management in recruitment systems

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in engineering or construction
  • Experience recruiting across both blue- and white-collar roles
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
