You'll be joining a high-performing, people-driven team with plenty of support, mentoring, and exposure to the financial services industry.

The Role

As a Recruitment Researcher, you'll work closely with our consultants to build candidate pipelines, support live roles, and deliver insights that help our clients make strategic hiring decisions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and job platforms

  • Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates for live opportunities

  • Assisting with interview scheduling and candidate communication

  • Keeping our database and talent pipelines up to date

  • Researching firms and hiring trends

  • Preparing candidate profiles and client summaries

Who We're Looking For

You don't need prior recruitment experience - we'll teach you everything you need to know. We're looking for someone who is:

  • A final year university student or recent graduate (business, HR, law, or similar) or a junior recruitment professional

  • A strong communicator – both written and verbal

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

  • Confident, proactive, and people-focused
