We are seeking an experienced and versatile Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will collaborate with internal Division Managers and Directors, ensuring seamless event execution and exceeding client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate all aspects of events, including supplier and vendor liaison
  • Develop event briefs, specifications, and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams for promotional initiatives
  • Act as the main point of contact during events, troubleshooting, and coordination

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in event planning and coordination
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
