Job Overview

The Front Office Manager is a key position responsible for overseeing the smooth coordination and supervision of the entire Front Office area. This includes managing Managers on Duty, Front Desk, Telephones, and Concierge teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of service quality, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work efficiently.
  • Supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Solicit employee feedback and address employee problems or concerns.
Additional Duties:
  • Provides information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
  • Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Informs and/or updates executives, peers, and subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner.
