As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction and excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve exceptional results.

The Senior Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of site teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This includes conducting site inspections, coordinating subcontractors, managing resources, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety outcomes
  • Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and laborers to achieve project objectives
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including daily logs, progress updates, and issue tracking
  • Collaborating with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost control

The successful candidate will have:

A proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced construction environment

Extensive experience in civil construction, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders

A commitment to delivering exceptional results, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
