Wild Earth are currently on the hunt for a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Supervisor to oversee the customer service department (of 8 people) based at their Burleigh Heads Store.
**About the Role**
As Customer Service Supervisor you will ensure customers are delighted with every stage of their interaction with Wild Earth. You will inspire, lead and mentor the customer service team and continue to find opportunities to grow and improve the department while keeping the team engaged to provide an amazing experience to Wild Earth Customers.
To break this down further, your responsibilities will include:
- Motivating, leading and engaging a team of on the phone customer service agents
- Leading the team to achieve customer satisfaction, sales targets and department KPI's
- Being a customer service champion in order to support the team with customer enquiries and concerns as required
- Developing and managing rosters and labour to ensure the team is well resourced to always providing an outstanding service
- Preparing, delivering and analysing a range of customer service reports in order to implement process and department improvements
- Providing coaching mentoring and development opportunities
- Promoting ongoing training to ensure the team have up to date product and system knowledge
**About You**

- Be an experienced Customer Service Supervisor with at least 2 years' experience in a Senior Customer Service Agent, or Customer Service Team Leader, position
- Have previous success in leading and managing a high performing team
- Enjoy reporting and analysing department performance
- Be strategic and enjoy implementing change and improving processes
- Be customer-focused with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Have flexibly to work on weekends
- Have a collaborative team approach
- Be a fantastic communicator
- Be high energy and fun to work with and have a passion for all things outdoors
