**Your Opportunity**

This is a great opportunity for an energetic and confident Customer Service Supervisor to join our professional, down-to-earth, and friendly team at Ormeau. You will thrive on providing an exceptional level of service to our customers.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Manage 4 direct reports
- Strengthen customer loyalty by providing high quality experiences
- Plan and coordinate office and service resources
- Ensure all daily planned service & installation requirements are actioned
- Manage timely warranty resolutions and provision of after sales service
- Site Service related Purchasing, Procurement and Inventory Management

**Your Skills & Attributes**:

- Solutions thinker, good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer literacy with fast and accurate keyboard skills
- Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite
- Great at building relationships
