
Mail Service Coordinator

The Service Officer plays a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with clients and agencies.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain robust client and agency relationships to ensure responsive advice, service delivery, and client relationships are maintained at optimal levels.
- Coordinate the implementation of modifications and enhancements of systems and processes that align with best practice for continuous improvement in service delivery as instructed by management.
- Deliver a range of mail services including mail delivery and collection, mail opening and sorting/scanning, courier services, and secure mail services to ensure services are provided to clients in accordance with service partnership arrangements.
- Provide messenger services including Parliament, Cabinet deliveries, and deliveries of newspapers.
- Actively participate and cooperate as part of the mail services team including participating in mail projects such as courier contract implementation and digital mailroom to ensure client needs are met and that deliveries and collections are well supported.
- Provide support in the collection of data and production of reports to ensure management and client needs are met.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all mail services records and the integrity of data in a secure and accurate manner in accordance with Government policy.
