Job Summary

At our organization, we are seeking a professional and skilled Mail Center Manager to join our team. This role will be based in Sydney, providing an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing platform.

As a Mail Center Manager, you will be responsible for receiving mail, scanning it into software, and filing it appropriately. You will also discard, shred, open & scan mail contents upon customer direction, or forward to another location. Additionally, you will answer inbound calls and in-person inquiries from customers promptly and professionally, assist customers to retrieve their mail in a courteous fashion, determine the level of assistance needed to resolve an inquiry and escalate when necessary, deliver information in a positive, conversational manner to facilitate relationships with clients, maintain the highest level of customer service, keep inventory of mail and office supplies and inform the corporate office when supplies need to be reordered, and perform other customer service duties to assist the corporate office during busy times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mail receipt, scanning, and filing
  • Discarding, shredding, opening & scanning mail contents upon customer direction, or forwarding to another location
  • Answering inbound calls and in-person inquiries from customers
  • Assisting customers to retrieve their mail in a courteous fashion
  • Determining the level of assistance needed to resolve an inquiry and escalating when necessary
  • Delivering information in a positive, conversational manner to facilitate relationships with clients
  • Maintaining the highest level of customer service
  • Keeping inventory of mail and office supplies and informing the corporate office when supplies need to be reordered
  • Performing other customer service duties to assist the corporate office during busy times
