Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Brand Representative at Monash Health sites. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our historical television entertainment channel to hospital patients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain close working relationships with clients and hospital staff to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
- Educate patients on the benefits and features of our product, and effectively convert discussions into sales.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any disruptions to services, ensuring minimal impact on our customers.
- Manage payment plans and collections, escalating any concerns to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Ensure all invoices, accounts, and reports are accurately generated, issued, and administered in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and hospital staff.
- Proven sales and customer service experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Reliable transportation, car insurance, and a valid driver's license.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required.
