  • Market Expertise: Drive local insights on consumer trends, pricing, and competitors.
  • Brand & Strategy: Develop and communicate seasonal strategies across Retail, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Store Design.
Key Requirements
  • A proven track record as a Head of Buying & Merchandise Planning within the premium retail industry.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex merchandising and financial metrics to inform decisions.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong ability to analyze market trends and create innovative product strategies.
