Our mission is simple – to ignite passion and bring joy worldwide. And now, we're looking for an experienced Product Merchandise Manager to join our growing Sydney team and lead our product strategy across Australia and New Zealand

About the Role

You will oversee product planning, purchasing, inventory management and demand forecasting for both direct retail and other distribution channels. This is a key role that connects our global brand with local market trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for purchasing goods for the Australia & New Zealand market, including both direct sales and distribution business. Upon the arrival of goods, enter product information into company system
• Responsible for analysing market product data in Australia & New Zealand. Collaborate with the relevant departments to continuously forecast demand
• Accountable for the accuracy of demand forecasting, including improvements and tracking of deviations
• Responsible for store replenishment from local warehouse to stores, ensuring no goods shortage in the store, as well as ensuring store sales can be ligned with merchandise plan
• Analyse unsalable inventory and develop plans for inventory reduction
• Communicate and collaborate with store operations, business, marketing and IP departments at HQ to coordinate resources in support of marketing or project needs
• Work with the headquarters team to complete other merchandise related tasks

About You

• Minimum 5 years experience in merchandise, buying or product management, ideally within the retail or FMCG industry
• Experience leading a team
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
• Excellent communicator and collaborator with strong attention to detail
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal) is preferred for liaising with HQ teams
