Key Merchandise Planner Role

Develop and execute merchandise strategies to drive sales growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver strong seasonal assortments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building comprehensive merchandise plans that optimise sales and margins.
  • Forecasting demand and analysing sales performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partnering with buying, design, and marketing teams to deliver commercial goals.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and managing replenishment to ensure product availability.
  • Presenting insights and financials to senior leadership to inform business decisions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years' experience in merchandise planning or management, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Extensive experience working with Style Arcade or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and financial forecasting skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proven track record of inventory optimisation and margin improvement.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • A commercial mindset and a genuine passion for fashion and consumer trends.
