Lead Visual Merchandising Executive

We are seeking an experienced and skilled visual merchandising professional to join our team as a Lead Visual Merchandising Executive. As a key member of the Visual Merchandising department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional consumer experiences across all Calvin Klein channels.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, managing, coaching, and inspiring the Calvin Klein Visual Merchandising team to maximize brand exposure, elevate presentation, and drive profitability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with global and regional guidelines and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of visual strategies for Calvin Klein, working closely with Brand Vice Presidents, Marketing, Retail Merchandise, and Wholesale Category teams.

  • Create and maintain visual project schedules and seasonal planners/calendars to ensure alignment with campaigns, key deliveries, and promotional timelines.

  • Identify, recommend, execute, and manage initiatives and efficiencies that support the visual and business structure, strategy, and growth.

  • Analyze sales and traffic data to inform commercial VM decisions and track, monitor, and communicate VM results and PIR outcomes to the wider business.

  • Foster strong working relationships with regional and global VM teams to obtain new directives, guidelines, necessary approvals, and ensure ANZ compliance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in merchandising, styling, window dressing, creative installations, and POS design and production.

  • 5+ years managing a team of direct reports in a senior/leadership role.

  • Demonstrated experience within a similar function, preferably within retail apparel, including department stores, full-price, and outlet environments.

  • General computer skills with strong competencies in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Creative, commercially aware, and confident decision-maker, communicating effectively across all levels.

  • Strong team leader with the ability to manage, motivate, inspire, and work effectively within a large team.

  • Strong project and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease.
