Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Field Specialist in the South Pacific region. As one of our Field Service Technicians, you will play a vital role in ensuring onsite resolutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair Self Check Out (SCO), Point of Sale (POS) Machines and other Voiyx products for our customers
  • Manage parts inventory and organization
  • Pursue continuous training online and in classrooms to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies
  • Work autonomously in the field and office environments
  • May require prolonged travel, carrying and lifting tool kit/parts of varying weights (1-20kg); bending/squatting, walking/standing or sitting for prolonged periods
  • Some interstate travel may be required

Requirements:

  • Must have PCB hardware repair experience
  • Exposure to software uploads
