About the Role

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and their families
  • Providing emotional support and advocacy for clients
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in case management, aged care, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
