Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Strata Manager to join our team. This role will provide an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can utilize your administrative skills and knowledge of strata management to deliver exceptional results.

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the strata management department
  • Provide administrative support to Strata Managers in the delivery of Owners Corporation Management Agreements
  • Maintain accurate records and documents related to community matters within a document management system
  • Prepare and update meeting records and documents using a digital document transaction system
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of administrative principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/document management systems
