Strata Administrator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to fill the position of Strata Administrator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including composing documentation, ensuring meeting timelines are met, managing diaries, and developing relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Composing correspondence, agendas, and minutes of meetings
  • Ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Managing Community Manager's diary
  • Attending meetings as required
  • Developing positive relationships with clients

Requirements:

We are looking for an administrator who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, with excellent attention to detail, professional written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional time management skills.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to quickly absorb detailed processes, adapt to competing demands, and develop strong relationships with clients.

Industry experience is preferred but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.
