Strata Support Role

We are seeking a skilled customer-focused professional to join our strata management team. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and providing timely support to clients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. Experience in the strata industry is desirable but not essential.

  • Responding to high-volume inbound calls and emails from external clients and internal branches.
  • Confidently managing customer expectations regarding critical tasks and responsibilities.
  • Providing top-notch customer service by being informative, courteous, and professional to all internal and external customers.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service is maintained and complaints are resolved proactively.
  • Entering data accurately and promptly into our systems.
  • Becoming proficient in using our CRM system and other software tools to perform tasks and answer queries.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Ideal candidates will have at least one year of customer service experience in a professional services industry.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Cert III level education or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional data entry and document administration skills.
  • Effective communication skills with stakeholders.
  • Able to identify problems quickly, understand workflow, and focus on solutions.
  • Proficient in using multiple technology systems and software.
