**About Us**

SSKB is a privately owned strata management company with offices throughout the East Coast of Australia.

As body corporate managers (both residential and commercial) we provide administrative services to our client buildings by assisting committee members and owners with the day-to-day administration of their body corporate.

**The Position - Strata Administrator**

Internally, we call a Strata Administrator an **Assistant Community Manager (ACM)**.

To be effective in this position, you will enjoy working with policies and following processes, enjoy being organised with a customer service focus and above all else, enjoy general administration tasks.

You will work closely with a Community Manager (CM) on a portfolio of schemes, where your day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Composing documentation such as correspondence, agenda, and minutes of meetings
- Ensuring meeting timelines are met
- Managing your Community Manager's diary
- Attending meetings when required
- Developing relationships with clients
- And much more

***About You**

We are looking for an administrator who flourishes when working to timelines and processes. You will have:

- The ability to create a great relationship with your Community Manager
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time management and scheduling skills
- The knowhow to adjust to competing demands
- The ability to develop positive relationships with clients

Most importantly you will be able to quickly absorb detailed and specific processes. Comprehensive and on-going training will be provided to the successful individual.

Industry experience is preferred, but not required. We offer 3-month comprehensive body corporate training for all our new team members.
