About the Role


MinterEllison seeks a highly skilled Client Growth Manager to drive the development and implementation of national, integrated marketing and sales plans that support the firm’s business unit strategy and business development plan.



Key Responsibilities



  • Support the Workplace Business Unit in achieving growth objectives by executing strategies and initiatives to build a pipeline of work and lead responses to opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain client and network relationships across workplace functions in both private and public sector entities.
  • Assist with business development activities across legal practitioners, including sales support services such as pitches, capability statements, roundtable support, and social media campaigns.
  • Design and execute campaigns to maintain MinterEllison’s market leading position in identified growth areas.
  • Work closely with industry teams to facilitate cross-selling opportunities.
  • Contribute to broader Client Market Growth team initiatives.
  • Continuously seek areas to innovate and improve processes using Gen AI tools.


Requirements



  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with legal and/or professional services experience highly regarded.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B business development/marketing roles with a focus on product and/or segment management, campaign development, and communications.
  • Strong influencing skills to manage multiple virtual teams of stakeholders nationally.
  • Ability to manage sales campaign development, execution, and reporting in line with growth strategies.
  • Experience in leading key stakeholders to deliver pitch, tender, and proposal responses.
  • Agility to work with partners nationally to develop sales strategies for key clients by building relationships with clients and industry leaders.
  • Strong leadership and delegation skills.
  • Commercially focused with strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive client service focus, self-motivated, and flexible in responding to changing work priorities.
  • Highly developed computer literacy skills across Microsoft Office suites.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, resilience, problem-solving, and an outcomes-focused approach.
  • Curious and innovative.
