In this role, you will collaborate closely with our leadership team to oversee the daily operations of our environmental group, including managing human resources, business development, and marketing, as well as financial reporting and administrative activities.

About You:

As the ideal candidate, you are an ambitious and energetic individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You have a strong background in environmental science, environmental management, or a related field, and possess solid expertise in business development, legislative requirements, and technical proficiency across various environmental disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the environmental business support team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies, identifying new opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and planning policies, and develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver environmental solutions for major development, infrastructure, and mining projects.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of environmental disciplines, including noise, air quality, water, flora, and/or soil monitoring and assessment management.
