Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Specialist to join our team in Cairns. As an Environmental Specialist, you will work with diverse disciplines and experts in Remediation, EIA, Air Quality, GIS, Ecology, Sustainability, and Stakeholder Engagement, throughout Northern Territory and Queensland, and across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage timely and high-quality environmental impact assessments, constraints analyses, strategic assessments, and environmental management plans.
- Lead a range of projects across various industries such as Energy, Transport, and Water.
- Assist in the organisation of resources, budgets, and timelines for the management of projects.
- Mentor junior members of the team.
Requirements
- Ideally, approx. 5 - 15 years relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline.
- Environmental impact assessment experience across a number of market sectors.
- Strong team player, influencer, and collaborator.
- Confidence in translating technical information into accessible language in written work and other communications.
