Environmental Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Scientist to join our team in Cairns, Australia. As an Environmental Scientist, you will play a key role in leading environmental impact assessments, constraints analyses, strategic assessments, and environmental management plans.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects across various industries, including Energy, Transport, and Water. You will assist in the organisation of resources, budgets, and timelines for the management of projects, and mentor junior members of the team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage timely and high-quality environmental impact assessments, constraints analyses, strategic assessments, and environmental management plans.

- Mentor junior members of the team.
We are looking for an experienced Environmental Scientist with a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline. You will have approximately 5-15 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in environmental impact assessment across a number of market sectors.
You will be a strong team player, influencer, and collaborator, with confidence in translating technical information into accessible language in your written work and other communications.
