
Administrative Professional: Program Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support our Advising Programs and Services.
Job Responsibilities:- Program Design: Develop, plan, and document programs and projects for advising services.
- Program Operations, Management, and Monitoring: Implement, support, and monitor projects and programs, including tracking expenditures and maintaining up-to-date expense tracking sheets.
- Business Development Support: Build and sustain partnerships, provide information on financial aspects of contracts or partnerships, and design professional development opportunities for staff.
- Leadership and Development of Staff: Provide support for department meetings and training, research program evaluation and compliance, and collect and maintain supporting paperwork for grant compliance.
Requirements: A minimum of two to four years of experience working with managers, directors, or executive staff to support program implementation. An associate or bachelor's degree is also required.
Key Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and excellent communication skills.
