About the RoleAs a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our new and existing customer network through the timely fulfilment of construction loans. You will review, investigate and case manage construction/progress funding matters, maintain and update customer information in various ANZ systems, prepare welcome kits for customers after settlement, validate documentation, receipts and invoices prior to payments being made, process payments to customers, builders, vendors and suppliers at various stages of construction, liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders throughout the construction process, timely completion of ledger reporting activities as required, identification and reporting of errors and incidents, maintain required benchmark efficiencies and error rates through agreed throughput with leader, timely completion of tasks to meet agreed service level agreement, and continuously challenging 'what we do' and working to improve team's service delivery, quality and efficiency.
What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: banking/lending experience is mandatory, proven customer service experience, high attention to detail with regards to data quality, advanced communication skills both verbal and written for team, department or external, strong computer skills across a range of systems, and a willingness to learn and strive to succeed.
