This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the provision of high-quality learning experiences for students.
The successful candidate will work closely with university staff to develop and deliver courses, providing comprehensive support in the use of learning technologies.
Main Responsibilities:
- To provide technical assistance to staff and students using learning management systems, ePortfolios, video capture, and streaming servers, as well as virtual classrooms and plagiarism prevention tools.
- To assist in the administration of operational tasks, ensuring smooth use of learning technologies by staff and students.
- To design and produce instructional resources, including introductory training sessions for staff and students on the effective use of eLearning technologies.
About You:
- Proven experience in delivering eLearning technology support and development in a higher education environment.
- Capacity to undertake routine technical tasks within Learning Management Systems.
- Ability to design comprehensive support resources and train staff on the use of learning technologies.
