Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage complex workers compensation claims end-to-end, ensuring compliance with NSW legislation and delivering timely, accurate outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 50-60 claims end-to-end, providing strategic advice and helping shape the way we support our clients and each other.
  • Determine liability, issue appropriate notices, and coordinate medical assessments and rehabilitation services.
  • Liaise with employers, injured workers, treating practitioners, and other stakeholders to facilitate safe and durable return-to-work outcomes.
  • Support regional offices and national claims managers to strengthen client relationships and enhance service delivery.
  • Attend case conferences, forums, and meetings with professionalism and insight.
  • Identify trends and collaborate with internal teams to support early risk management interventions.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
