Roster Manager

We're seeking a skilled Roster Manager who can:

  • Optimise and manage rosters in line with Award regulations and company processes.
  • Respond swiftly to last-minute changes using problem-solving and influencing skills.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment in scheduling outcomes.
  • Communicate directly with clients to confirm changes, resolve concerns, and maintain a strong customer service experience.
  • Use scheduling data and capacity planning tools to reduce non-billable hours, unnecessary travel, and support long-term efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in rostering/scheduling/logistics methodology across multiple locations.
  • A strong phone manner and ability to remain calm and professional at all times.
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude and customer service focus.
  • Ability to problem solve and respond swiftly to last-minute changes.
  • Demonstrated experience with engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.

Prior experience with Skedulo or other rostering systems is highly desirable.
