As a key contributor to our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our diverse client population. Your responsibility will be the rostering and scheduling of in-home aged care services, ensuring the best match between client needs and our team's skills.
You'll act as the crucial link between our clients and our in-field team, guaranteeing services are delivered efficiently, respectfully, and in line with expectations. This fast-paced coordination environment demands individuals who thrive on multitasking and are passionate about client care.
We're seeking a skilled Roster Manager who can:
- Optimise and manage rosters in line with Award regulations and company processes.
- Respond swiftly to last-minute changes using problem-solving and influencing skills.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment in scheduling outcomes.
- Communicate directly with clients to confirm changes, resolve concerns, and maintain a strong customer service experience.
- Use scheduling data and capacity planning tools to reduce non-billable hours, unnecessary travel, and support long-term efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in rostering/scheduling/logistics methodology across multiple locations.
- A strong phone manner and ability to remain calm and professional at all times.
- A positive 'can-do' attitude and customer service focus.
- Ability to problem solve and respond swiftly to last-minute changes.
- Demonstrated experience with engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.
Prior experience with Skedulo or other rostering systems is highly desirable.
