Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily client activities, including routine site inspections and maintenance schedules.

  • Process invoices and ensure timely payment settlements.
  • Update and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and related artefacts.
  • Remotely manage serviced offices in Perth and Melbourne.

About You:

  • Experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team and meet key performance indicators.
  • Proficiency in basic administrative tasks, including front desk duties, basic housekeeping, and appointment coordination.
