Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing an Agile Scrum and Sprint delivery process.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of software development lifecycles of ICT projects and experience working in a team environment delivering high levels of customer service.

  • Mange project governance and reporting, and operate under a blended Agile approach;
  • Work with the Program Manager to define and manage the delivery of work packages utilising Scrum and Azure DevOps;
  • Update project artefacts;
  • Liaise with business and technical areas to facilitate the timely resolution of issues as they arise;
  • Produce technical and non-technical documentation as required;
  • Manage project resources effectively to deliver the required outcomes;

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in role, including advanced knowledge of software development lifecycles of ICT projects;
  • Ability to work in a team environment delivering a high level of customer service;
  • Demonstrated high level of communication skills with effective active listening and written skills;
