**Strategic Change Enablement Professional Role Overview**

This role is part of a team that drives business growth by delivering insight and creativity to engage customers, communities, and broader stakeholders.

The Marketing and Corporate Affairs Strategy Centre of Excellence is responsible for driving strategic direction setting for the function and enabling teams to achieve excellence now and in the future by providing technology, processes, and tools aligned to the operations roadmap.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Develop and execute effective strategies and plans to manage people impact of changes.
  • Support identification, management, and engagement of internal and external stakeholders, as well as resolution of stakeholder risks and issues.
  • Support change transition and adoption through communications, engagement, coaching, training, and tracking metrics.
  • Design and develop change documentation as required.

**Requirements:**

Experience delivering organization-wide regulatory change is essential. A strong understanding of change management methodologies and the value of change management within a project is also required. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders are necessary.

A proactive, positive attitude, self-starter who takes ownership to drive toward an optimal outcome is preferred.
