Role Overview

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Property Management Specialist to join our team for a 12-month contract, with potential for extension. Based in Richmond, this role involves working from home three days a week and in the office on the remaining days.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with third-party providers to manage property, shared services, or other corporate operations matters.
  • Respond to enquiries and resolve issues related to property and corporate services, ensuring timely and effective communication with staff members.
  • Monitor stationery and consumables stock levels at various NDIA locations, ordering sufficient supplies as needed.
  • Develop and maintain carpark ballots and fleet vehicles, ensuring efficient management of resources.
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures that govern team activities, resolving emerging issues promptly.
  • Provide assistance to NDIA staff regarding fleet, mail, and other corporate operations matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Autonomy: Work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Property Management Experience: Showcase expertise in property management, including maintenance, administration, and asset management.
Estimated Salary

$55.24 per hour + Superannuation.

Eligibility and Requirements

The successful candidate will undergo a pre-employment National Police History check, Worker Screening check, and/or Working with Children Check (where required) and provide evidence of Australian Citizenship.
