Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Property Acquisition Specialist to join our team of experts. As a key member of our property acquisition team, you'll play a vital role in sourcing and securing the best properties for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take detailed client briefs to understand their property goals and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with market conditions, real estate trends, and regulatory updates
  • Source potential properties across on-market, pre-market, and off-market listings
  • Conduct thorough research and due diligence to assess potential risks
  • Negotiate purchase prices and terms to secure the most favourable deals for clients
  • Manage relationships with real estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional service

Requirements

  • Valid Class 2 Real Estate License
  • Proven experience as a Buyer's Agent or Seller's Agent
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Australian property market and regulatory environment
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to serving clients' best interests
