Job Description

We are seeking a Claims Advisor to provide guidance and support to current and former Defence personnel and their families navigating various claims, including pensions and benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of defence-related illnesses and conditions, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and build meaningful relationships internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Defence personnel and their families throughout the application process with relevant government departments.
  • Provide guidance and support to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Compensation Advocate (or working towards)

Understanding of defence-related illnesses and conditions

Ability to establish and build meaningful relationships internally and externally

Highly developed communication skills

Ability to prioritise, manage and problem solve procedures
