Claims Advisor Job Opportunity

Our organisation is seeking a dedicated Claims Advisor to join our team and make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting veterans and seniors, providing guidance and support to current and former Defence personnel and their families, navigating various claims, including pensions and benefits.

As a Claims Advisor, you will assist them throughout the application process with relevant government departments, aiming to achieve the best possible outcomes.

You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships internally and externally.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience as a Compensation Advocate (or working towards)
  • Understanding of defence-related illnesses and conditions
  • Ability to establish and build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Highly developed communication skills and the ability to prioritise, manage and problem solve procedures
