
Australian Customer Support Specialist

We represent 90,000 health practitioners and medical students across every state and territory, delivering market leading products and services to meet their professional, personal and practice needs.
This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users in Australia. The ideal candidate will be able to provide:
- Service desk and desktop support to agreed service levels
- Troubleshooting assistance via phone, email and face-to-face
- Support for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft applications
- Setup and support for Avant applications
- Equipment setup, support and relocation
- Printer administration
- Promotion of a security culture to meet compliance requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated Level 1 Service Desk experience in a corporate environment
- A valid work visa to work permanently in Australia
- Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, desktop software and active directory, including Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams
- Strong working knowledge of Active Directory
- Working knowledge of desktops and mobile devices, including tablets (Surface Pro)
- ITIL Foundation Certificate is highly desirable
- Previous exposure to Citrix environments and SharePoint is desirable
