Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage non-performing retail asset portfolios, apply legal recovery processes and procedures to high-risk customers and accounts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in collections and retail recoveries, excellent communication skills, ability to critically assess data and make objective judgments.

  • Manage arrears recovery and ensure effective collection strategies.
  • Determine delinquency causes and take appropriate action to maximise recovery.
  • Prepare recovery options and issue statutory notices as required.
  • Maintain compliance with policy, statutory and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess customer circumstances and recommend recovery options.
  • Identify and address financial hardship cases.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries and requests.
Requirements
  • Experience in collections and retail recoveries.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Banking and lending experience is an advantage.
